Thanks Delio, I remember seeing your posts over there too! Still have a Max?

No I haven't had a Max in a long time. I have a 2014 Tundra right now, the Fiancee has a Passat Diesel. I have an itch for a fun car, but it probably won't be FWD, especially living in Texas now.

Nice space! Same size as mine and sounds like we share similar garage activities. So I have to ask, have you pulled the trigger on the porcelain? I went through all the same motions(less sampling) as you have before settling on porcelain. Now I just need to find some properly specd tiles for less than $5/sf. The going rate for 12x24 PEI 4 rectified >.55 slip is crazy around here. Anything cheaper and the specs arent listed.

Thanks! Sad to admit that I have not pulled the trigger on a floor. I am usually decisive on things like this but I just can't justify the cost for the sacrifice of function. But if I do pull the trigger I have convinced myself porcelain is the way to go for what I do in the garage.

$5sq/ft seems crazy! I believe the tiles I have bought as samples is more like $3sq/ft.

That is one eye catching garage. Organization and set up are first class. Very nice and comfortable spot indeed!!

Love the thread - what happened to your posts? Never saw the flooring go in...

Thanks man. Things have been quiet in regard to any additions to the garage. Just been working on some cars here and there.

Right now I'm sticking with bare concrete on the floor. The garage floor has kind of crept down the priority list of late. I'm looking to do a nice backyard project. Need to get a deck and patio out there hopefully sooner rather than later! :)

Not sure if anyone else is into PWC's on this board but I just picked up this gem. 2001 Yamaha XLT1200. I have it tucked away in the garage until I can get a cover for it.

My wife and I have been riding a pair of Yamaha WaveRunner III 650's for the past 7 years now. This big 1200 will be nice to pull tubers and skiers.

A shot from 2 weeks ago when we had them out....

I highly recommend getting out on the water and taking in the views!

So yeah not a whole bunch new in the garage. I did do both side CV drive axles on my wife's Maxima on Sunday. Messy job, kind of glad I am still rocking the concrete floor ;)

Those look very fun. I always laugh at the fees they charge when we are down south on the beach for 15 minutes of ridding.
