well, the other day when one of you were bragging about your latest pawn shop find, it got be to thinking that I should visit a local shop I like during my lunch time.
its a smaller shop so they dont have alot, but it seems as though they sell stuff reasonably priced (most the time)
dug through their tool bin and found:
2 - cman 3/8dr extensions
1 - 1/4dr driver
1 - 9mm mac hex drive
1 - 1/2'' cman crowsfoot (not pictured because I already gave it to a friend
1 - older brass 2'' venier caliper (not pictured because its already in my desk at work)
got the whole lot for $8
not a big find, but it was fun to dig through the stuff and pull out a few gems

Looks nice.

6 tools for the price of one!

Half the fun of trolling pawn shops is the hunt. You never know what might be there. One shop in my city is quite pricey... maybe 30-40% off retail for the truck brand stuff. My favorite shop doesn't seem to place much value on hand tools no matter the brand. Sockets are $.25 - $1, wrenches are $1-$5, ratchets are usually $5. It's fun !
