That's what...16 bucks a socket? Ouch. But hey, you're happy right? Wait...I hope these are new.

I say if you have the money to buy them up front for cheaper than the truck price or ebay go for it. I wouldn't mind having a set of those. Better than the cheaper ADV set they have.

All these sockets look brand new 15mm used maybe once and 10mm a few times. I think I got a screaming deal considering off the truck they are 400 + dollar's but whatever

I don't know jack about impact swivels, but, those look fine and if you need em, well, you get them where you can.
Plus, Matco prolly (?) has a warranty against snapping a pin off, right? I think you did fine for about 40% of new.

The Apex swivels are supposed to be the best ones. I assume these are the pinless design?

Are the OP's sockets 3/8" or 1/2"? The Matco tools site is a complete nightmare and totally useless, so I can't seem to find the set on the site.

The only way to find things is with the digital version of the printed catalog. I'm looking right now.

EDIT-
Maybe this is it? $414
http://www.matcotools.com/catalog/p...E-METRIC-6-POINT-UNIVERSAL-IMPACT-SOCKET-SET/

If that's the right one, than the OP paid significantly less than 50% of retail, which isn't a bad price.

these socket don't have a pin, they're pinless, and yes, they're warrantied just like other sockets

yes, those are the ones, 3/8" drive
and not a bad price at all for close to new condition, now find me some semi-deep swivels:bounce:

Yeah 3/8ths drive and they serious have been used like once before I got them painless design! I'm stoked I cam tell the difference in torque they apply compared to snap on pin style.
