Are PB Swiss tools any cheaper in the homeland?

I spent a couple hours shopping on their site, and when I tried to place the order just now, the price in the cart jumped back to original price. Their homepage clearly states Cyber Monday 30% Off until 11:59PST (2:59EST). I'm very disappointed since this is the first time I'm placing order with them, I don't even mind the $20 UPS shipping fee, but for me to spend 2 hours browsing their site and have this happen is a huge let down. I dropped an email in their "contact us" page, let's see what happens.

Just sorted out the situation with them. It took a couple emails and a phone call, but was resolved to my satisfaction. Half my order will be on the way, the rest are back ordered.

I had a partial ship on my order as well, but they had like 90% of my stuff in stock. The rest is backordered until mid December.

I got an email from Catie, one of their CSRs yesterday letting me know what was backordered and what not. I also got an email from fedex today. I ordered on Friday morning.

I got my order the Sunday after Black Friday. But I also ordered thru Amazon for only 10% off and free shipping.

When you shop their once-a-year BF/CM sale, a wait time is almost guaranteed.

They finally got back to me today and I was told mid December for my stuff: both long and short insider ratcheting screwdrivers (I couldn't decide), all 4 picks they offer and 4 #2 screw bits.

Not too long of a wait, but surprised it took over a week for them to give me an ETA.

I ordered from toollady, was told on Dec 1 that my order was shipping in less than 48 hours. Dec 8th, I received an email telling me that ALL my items are backordered and should ship in late January. That's a pretty crappy way to do business, great job on being prepared to handle your "big sale." I also have yet to see an invoice showing the sale discount.

That is a great way to do business. Or, a good sign of a Journeyman: redundant tools.
