Not lot choices in general area which this price did come from metal distributor. With several locations I thought I would get better price.

Steel prices have gone sky high. I sell red iron buildings and I'd say that's a fair price.

I paid ~$6.25 per foot for 18" wide 24 gauge ABC Lokseam standing seam panels one year ago.
