Same experience as freudianfloyd whereas every time I had emailed Sabrina, magically some of my tools shipped the very next day. Just received my final and largest shipment (4 in total) after 4+ months of waiting. Kinda soured me overall to the point that I would seriously hesitate in going through a potentially similar hassle in the future, regardless of the discount offered. Perhaps time will change my sentiment and perspective...

That said, absolutely love the tools and the deal that this represented!

Sabrina told me that they had a big order coming in a week from Switzerland. Soon after that shipment was supposed to arrive, I got the second half of my order.

I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they aren't used to such large order numbers I bet the discount set them back with far more orders than they are used to handling.
