Didn't know all these MIRs existed... If you've bought any peak products in the past year or so they probably have a MIR you can get a couple bucks back or more...

There's $3 back for DEF, but appears to be several campaigns so maybe you can do more than one? I just filled one out the other day, need to dig for another receipt and going to try for another and see if it will be processed.
