I recently bought my BIL a Peavey Timberjack as a b-day gift. He does a lot of tree work and likes supporting USA business.
From what I read on the site, the company has been open 160 years in Maine and are the original. Most people call any handled log hook tool a 'peavey', sort of like the household name kleenex or vise-grips.
I did not get any photos of my BIL's, it is a quality tool and the handle is massive and looks strong. It has been used and works well according to him. Here is a stock photo. It has the stand and the hook.
