I guess it is about time to start a garage thread.
I am going to shift from what was themed for a sports training area to a FORD Themed garage.
I have wanted to do this since I saw ML504's garage many years ago.
The other reason is to be more in line with my horses a 1954 F-100, 2001 SuperCrew and possible addition of a 1999 Mustang 4.6l.

The plan is draw/paint Ford emblems and traditional Ford themed signs in place of the sports themes paintings.:(

I will post as I go along but here are a few teasers.

I like it, years ago I had a Ford flag from the 60's or 70's that I sold (had a GTO at the time). Now that I'm back to Fords I wish I had it back for my garage.

Looks like a great place to hang out. I love the old signs and the decals. Looks like good storage behind the cabinet doors. Looking forward to more pictures.

Best Regards
Herb Spencer

Thanks Herb. Yes I added some osb shelves to those cheapo cabinet to hold plenty of weight as I have them packed with parts and pieces

FordGuy I will post a few more pics of the truck
I have the seat pulled now as I ordered a rubber floor mat to replace the ratty carpet but was disappointed that the mat was only 2/3 cab length. Gonna re think that approach

69Fastback, nice 56 you have there. My 54 will probably never get that kind of love as I don't have the talent to get it there.

Please share a few pictures of the outside of the garage?

How large is it?

Cool vehicles! I love that old truck, vintage iron!

I need to get back to garage stuff.
My daughter gave me this today to help me get over the hump.
Thank you Jay.

I can identify what state all but the P came from....any ideas?

I have cherished a Hazet or Hory tool caddy since I first saw one posted on GJ.
I happened on a tool sale a few blocks from my home over the weekend and found this jewel.
Couldn't believe it when the guy told me he wanted $20 for it. He said he has had it for around 65 years.
Awesomeness!
Gave him $5 for the USA thread dressing kit as well.
Some TLC and the Hory Company Ltd. Caddy will be good for another 65 years.

borrowed the use of a friends spot welder as I could not get my HF arc welder to tack some thin metal I was practicing on....much better and appropriate for this application.

Thanks PD. I got the cart media blasted over the past week (I really need to get me a bigger blasting cabinet). Cleaned and primed the parts yesterday and will rattle can them today.

First pass of blasting.

Earlier this week Ryan had posted a link to his homemade paint booth so I figured I would post a little about my homemade paint booth.
A friend would lend me this shell every summer when our travel fast pitch teams would hit the road so when he was going to trade in his truck he sold it to me at a great price.
Anyway I got to work on it.

Looking good. My paint scheme is silver and blue based loosely on our techs uniform colors.

I got a bit carried away checking out my paint colors and did a quick ocean camo on my garage fridge.
That will work.
