Pedestal sink loose faucet.

I have a pedestal sink and a basin wrench can not access the nylon faucet nut. There is no clearance for the basin wrench to fit.

Does anyone have any idea how to tighten this nut without having to remove the pedestal?

I'm not a plumber but I have had to change faucets on pedestal sinks and I had to take the sink off of the pedestal to do it.
