Peep hole problems

I am installing a peep hole I got from Home Depot and have an issue. I drilled my hole and was test fitting the peep hole and when I took it out, the lens cover unscrewed from the barrel. I now have 2 pieces of plastic, both with a flat side and a concave side and then a small lens and a big lens, which is the cover. I also have a sleeve that slides into the barrel.
One would think a grown man with half a brain could figure out the alignment of these pieces but I can't.
Any help would be great.

I need to figure out how all the lenses go in the barrel before I can screw it in. That's my problem, the order of operations for the lenses

Im not great at posting images, but that lists the order. From inside the door to outside, it should be convex, concave, convex, thick convex. Hope that does it for you.
