Pell Hydrashear P-1125

[Commando]

I picked one of these up last week and only have a pic of the plate at the moment, but it is real dirty (greasy not rusty), and have found a ton of info about this, but really can't find a value for it used, it seems to work the cutter moves but don't have any cable to test it.

Appreciate any info.
