friends and family keep giving me old bench grinders for some reason. Heres a couple I overhauled with a shaker can. Ones an old Wagner and the others a Chinese one. New wheels. Hey, the price was right.

what is the history of the wagner grinders? I've never heard of them, but that is one nice looking stout little grinder.

I to like how you painted the inside of that guard to make that little inexpensive grinder POP.

maybe post the Wagner on the vintage grinder thread JJ to see if the guys over there might no the history of Wagner if you are curious.

Funny, its getting like that. Im always gracious. Never look a gift horse in the mouth my grandmother used to say. Not sure about the little wagner. Its the second one ive had. Its so well made it runs for like 3 minutes after you turn it off. I painted the inside of the shield first, then flipped it over and dusted the outside with the grey. I detailed the edge with an art pen.
