Ryobi P262 600 ft lb of torque. Used it to zip off my lug nuts on my girlfriends car and my car. Put lugs back on with hand tools and torque wrench. I wish I picked this up prior to me obtaining a Metabo Torque wrench and Hammer Drill combo set however it was like 100 bucks so why not. The torque was enough to remove my lugs but I had to then it run for a few seconds, the Ryobi pulls them off almost instantly.

That Makita sounds like a well option for you..
