Pex and csst lines in the same conduit

Planning the stem wall sleeves for my addition. Can i run csst and a cold water pex line in the same conduit to feed the boiler.

I don't like to put things together in a sleeve. Expansion and contraction and chaffing possibility are the main reasons.
