How is everyone exiting the pex from the concrete? I see that they sell 90 deg. bends for this. I think they are called scuff bends . Are people using these or just putting it in pvc or nothing at all. I am getting ready to do my tubing and don't want any problems.
Thanks

When I remodelled the bathroom the plumber replaced some of the copper with pex (from the manifold to the toilet and sink). They used the 90 degree bends coming out of the wall to the toilet, sink, .... the rest of the stuff they just came straight out of the copper and took it where they needed it.

When they knew there was going to be something rubbing it (concrete, wood,...) they put pipe insulation (foam) around it.
