Pex Foam blocks

I was talking to my nephew this weekend he is a plumber. I was asking him about Pex tube and so on. He was talking about some foam blocks that the heating guys are using. Apparently you just set these blocks down and snap the Pex in to them. He did not know who makes them. So the question is does anyone know who makes them? Or has anybody used them? Pro's and Con's?

Looks like a nice system for radiant floor heat. Looks fast, and saves weight.
