Pex through unheated space...

My garage and house are seperated by a breezeway which is constructed on a slab, not foundation. The house is on a foundation.The roof extends to the garage.

The only way I can get water out there at this point, is to run water through the attic. I'd like to run one cold water supply and buy a small electric hot water heater.

Adviseable?

It will freeze!You may be able to run the pex through 3 or 4 inch ABS,then wrap that with heat tape on a t-stat.Can't say for sure if insulation alone would be enough in your area.
