Pexto Divider Disassembly

I have an old pair of Pexto 10" dividers I would like to disassemble. However, I am not sure how to remove the fulcrum. Any help would be appreciated.

I imagine it’s a rivet type device, which would need to be drilled out. Not certain.

Looks like the brass looking pieces may thread on like round nuts. Might be staked on there too.
