"Build" thread to detail my new shop - garage!

Background:

After many years of living in the mountains with lots of S P A C E , pole barns, etc., I was having a really tough time adapting to urban living in Denver. Great house, but a tiny lot. I was lucky enough (for the area) to have a two car attached plus a 1 car detached garage, but it was still *way* to small and I was bursting at the seams.

Well after searching for quite a while, we are ready to close on a new place. The house is great blah blah blah :) but it has some SPACE and a great shop! About an acre of land, the main house has an attached 2-car garage which I'll try to reserve mostly for parking daily drivers in, but it has a fantastic detached 700 foot shop!

New shop:

We close next week, here's a picture from the interior lot side... Opposite side has a second man-door and an oversize single garage door and dedicated driveway. It also has an adjacent 25'x45' fenced paved area, originally for RV parking, but it will be my overflow work and storage area.

(more to come, including building out the shop, flooring, storage solutions, project vehicles and more!)

You have died and gone to heaven.

Looks like it may have it's own electric service. I wounder what the previous owner (the one that built it) used it for.

What part of Denver is that PFBZ?

Greenwood Village, Just south of 'Denver' proper, but still very much in the center of things for both good and bad. Greenwood Village and Cherry Hills Village have some R1 (acre) and even some R2.5 zoning while Denver is mostly 6,250 sf lots.
