Phasemaster Rotary Phase Converter 7.5 HP, 480v output. Used. Claim to have paid $3000 new.

Anyone familiar with this brand? What might this be worth? Can it be changed to 220v output?

Bunch of them on Ebay for way less than $3000, although the one your talking about may have a transformer to bump the voltage up too.
