I had a major panic attack, when I realised that the hand sander from homedepot, was **** at trying to sand the crack that I'd filled with epoxy,

had quite some overspill, and I'm due to lay it next week.

I hired a floor grinder, from HD (at around $200 for 4 hours) and that fixed it !

I also put it to work on the rest of the floor, and the last remainging oil stain and it semed to do the trick

Left a **** load of dust ! and I made the mistake of wiping my glasses when I left the dust filled garage, and now there full of tiny scrathes :( ; now I shall remember to use goggles and a mask; annoyingly, I did have one, but "forgot" to wear it

Will be updating my garage blog, later with all the juicy details !

Try cleaning your glasses with Pledge furniture polish. You would be shocked at what it will do for lightly scratched glass. (Makes them easier to clean next time too) Found this tip from the lab that makes my glasses, they used pledge all the time.

Another option is to try cleaning your glasses with Crest or other toothpaste.

Be very careful using pledge, and defiantly DON'T use toothpaste on glasses with an anti-reflective coating. Pledge MAY take the coating off, but toothpaste will take the coating off for sure.

thanks guy's,
my glasses are plastic, and do have a coating, (there krizal lenses (sp?) ones) and I know from expereince, if I do anything, it'll mangle it worse,

there very fine, and not that noticeable, probably due for a replacement,
