Hello everyone here, Try as I might finding information about Phillips #0000 is very challenging. I have searched Google a great deal of times, have contacted about 10 different companies ranging from Grainger to even Digi-key, but have had only little luck.

From what I can tell only General Tools, Moody Tools, Pratt-Read, MasterForce Craftsman and that online shop Excelta Hobby sold that French screwdriver that is now no longer available.

Here is some information about all the Phillips #0000 I've found starting with Craftsman. First here is the link. http://www.sears.com/craftsman-0000-x-1-in-screwdriver/p-00941645000P

This is Craftsman #0000 x 1 in. Screwdriver Model# 502-040C Sears Item# 00941645000 Screwdriver Overall Length: 3-7/8 in. Despite the fact this is a Phillips #0000, this screwdriver is much larger than even my Wiha 26102 Phillps 0000X40 mm made by Willi Hahn Corporation made in Germany.

Next I found this General Tools bit driver set (made in China it seems) and here are two links to product. Note that one is different than the other.

The first is Mfr. Model # 751028 and is a set. Here is a link. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/GENERAL-TOOLS-Bit-Driver-Screwdriver-Set-1JGL8?Pid=search

Here is another variation of this set by General Tools and it is also made in China as well apparently. The Mfr. Model # 63528 and here is a link. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/ULTRATECH-Multi-Bit-And-Probe-Set-1XHR2?Pid=search

Based on my history with General Tools and the reviews I've read about these tools, I am staying away from this brand as well.

The third is a set of precision Phillips screwdrivers made by Pratt Read and all of their products were made in USA, including this one. The part number to this product is 82001 and it's a 6 piece, but the part number to the Phillips #0000 is 82107 and here is some more information based on the PDF they (Pratt-Read) has on file.

With the Phillips #0000, its Diameter A OA (I am writing this as shown in the PDF file) it's length is 3.5000 Dim B exp length is 1.500 Dim B3 clearance is 0.125 and the handle length is 2.000 the Bulk part number is 82107 yet the Bag of 3 is 82107-3 and the hang tag variation of this is 82107-HT.

This Phillips No. 0000 x 1-1/2 as a total measurement and here is a link to this product. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001C00BP6/?tag=atomicindus08-20

As for MasterForce, Phillips No. 0000 x 1-1/2" Screwdriver the Model Number: M82107-HT and the Menards® SKU: 2377949 and this product is also made in USA as well. I've seen the picture of this on this thread, but I am still trying to figure out how small this screwdriver is and if it's length is much smaller than my Wiha 2601 Phillips #000.

Here is a link to the MasterFroce product via Menards. I've tried and tried to look for other sources of information for this product but no luck at all. Here is the link.

I tried looking for information about that French made Phillips #0000 by I could not find any information out. Here is the link via Excelta Hobby. Quite truthfully, there is no point posting the link, as there is no information.

Moody Tools was probably the hardest to derive any information from though. I thought I saw some information about them selling Phillips #0000, but I am beginning to think that is incorrect. Here is a link to their company website though. http://www.moodytools.com/MTI_Browse_4.html Good luck with that website though.

My question really is, does anyone else know of anymore companies? As right now, The MasterForce Phillips #0000 looks like that would work the best, but that tool has very scarce information.

Thanks for the help , but I've look all over the internet and have little luck. I like the Master Force Phillips and the Pratt Read set the best as they look like exceptional tools.

EDIT: Fixed the links. I am sorry for that little mishap, I am not really used to working with html, so again I apologize. I wrote a "big post" in hopes that this might help inform others and hopefully save someone else from going through this much effort to find said products.

all of the links need a : between the HTTP and the // to work.

I would probably go with the Pratt Reed set - I think the masterforce is either a Western Forge or Pratt Reed rebrand - and I do not have any masterforce tools (no menards near me) so I don't know anything about it.

Rougue1987 thanks for help. This has been a real sticking point with me as I've tried and tried to find detailed information via online and in person. I am a busy working man, so I can't spend all my energy on this issue and quite truthfully, I am not sure I even have the patience do this all day long.

Glad to know that there are still people online that are willing to help though. I've spoken to some real snippy companies the last few days, even though I've been as polite as possible.

EDIT: I just found several other companies that deal create Phillips #0000. Unfortunately, they all come in sets though. Here is the link to one of them.

http://www.stanleysupplyservices.com/product-detail.aspx?pn=401-438

The last company I found in the 11 pages of Google I searched was this brand and this comes as a giant set as well. http://www.motorsport-tools.com/sealey-microtip-screwdriver-set-37pc-s0619-p-247645.html

This is called Sealey Microtip Screwdriver Set 37pc S0619 and the Motorsport-tools Reference number is WW-S0619. The model number to this product is Model No. S0619.

Also I should note, I didn't know this for the for sale side of this site and thought this was part of site to help find information out just help me figure out more information about Phillips #0000 screwdrivers. There truly isn't that much information out there and even less people even know about them as well.

I am not sure if I should created this thread elsewhere, as I just want information, but if anyone has any tips or has ever used any Pratt-Read, MasterForce or even that Euro brand Phillips precision screwdrivers I listed, if you want, I'd like your opinion on them.
