I am having trouble posting my photos, they keep coming out sideways. I can't figure out how to rotate them after previewing my post, or any way after upload to make sure they are the direction I want them to be. What's the trick?

Is the orientation correct before you post? How are you adding the photos? If you use a site like Photobucket or Flickr you can make sure the photos are oriented correctly, then use the provided links to add them to your posts. If you're using the built-in upload on the forum then you have to make sure that the file itself is in the correct orientation before you upload.

If it comes out goofy when you post then it could be a glitch in the forum software.

Same for me. 9 times out of 10 it works fine. But that 1 out of 10 comes up goofy. I've uploaded multiple pics at the same time and 1 will be sideways...no idea why.

I've had the same problem a few times. No clue on what causes or how to fix. Lately I've gone back to loading photos from my pc instead of loading direct from my iPhone. I've found that even though my photos are crystal clear, once posting them direct from my iPhone on GJ, they look grainy. Doesn't happen when loading from my pc for some reason. I was also using Photobucket for a long time, but now I just use GJ's software and saves tons of steps and time! Plus, if Photobucket goes down, my photos don't disappear from the post.

I figured most side ways photos were due to a smartphone turned side ways when uploading. I use PB for my photos and don't recall ever having an issue with sideways. I have edited others posts by saving their pics, rotating them and reaching them.
