When I did my supercoat floor last month my wife ordered some of those glow in the dark chips.. along with some Royal Blue ones to mix in with the chips from Supercoat.

It does look pretty cool when you turn your lights off in the garage..

How much did you use? Does It help when walking in a dark garage?

I hope the answer is yes it does help you walking thru the garage with the lights off. I sure would be adding this in for the coolness factor as well the safety factor.

Hmm how much should I get for say a 26x24? Kinda thinking of buying now just to have it on hand!

I'll try & get pics again.... tried once but never came out well.... maybe a lil video would be better...

Yes they help walking around in the dark... I have 4 steps into my house from garage & you can see them pretty well.... or objects on the floor like a box or whatever covering that patch of chips... I wouldnt run all over but it def help in the pitch black...

I used 1 bag of glow in dark for a 40x30.. we mixed it with 4 bags Royal blue & 2 of metallics silver & 5 bags of the supercoat mix ( black, white, cobalt blue ) Still have a pretty good amount in the 5 gal bucket i used.. prob 4-5 total bags worth... I would say I put out a medium coverage on floor & heavy on steps...

the glow in the dark chips are white so take that into count when putting them out ...

steps..

That looks great!!!! I am definitely thinking the same formula if you dont mind? Maybe not much black but the Electric or Cobalt blue with the White glow in the darks and metallic silver on a grey floor.

I find this funny as I have up til now always been "hell no" on paint chips in the epoxy floor now I want nothing but this stuff.

I am thinking the safety factor as well as the every one else. Has any one tried the black light colors? This may work better than glow in the dark. One small blacklight will make a large area light up dramatically better than glow in the dark and stand out brilliantly in daylight. Just a thought. I just doubled my order from budgetbob. I will have the time to gather thoughts and other ideas before I lay down the goodies! Hope to have a 12-20-12 on new cement! What the hell, it's only the banks money!!!!:shocking:
