So which dealer should I go with to purchase one of these I'm going with the 1/2"

If you need it right away call TD and make sure they have it in stock. I ordered another smaller torque wrench along with the one in the OP. Received the 1/2" you're looking at quickly but over a month later I'm still waiting for it's little brother. Talked to TD two days ago and they are waiting on stock from PI.
