PI split beam handle

Has anyone ever seen the 20-100 ft lb wrench with the blue plastic handle or do they only put that handle on the 40-250 lb wrench?

My friend bought the set, 3/8" & 1/2" and the 1/2" was the only one with the blue handle. I have the comparable Snap On set and my 1/2" (40-250 ft-lbs) has the red handle while my 3/8" (20-100 ft-lbs) does not.

I often wondered my why they wouldn't do a similar handle for the 3/8" in myself.

I tried to find one swell and just got 20-100 last week and was disappointed that it was not the blue handle.

That is the way they come, I contacted PI when I received mine with out the handle (when I ordered the picture showed both 1/2 and 3/8 to have blue handle). Was told no option for a handle on the 3/8.
