Meandering through Lowe's looking for yellow stickers found a couple pieces that I am very happy with: Kobalt 3/8" torque wrench on clearance for 50% off and a Nicholson file (also clearance priced). The wrench is made in Taiwan and seems to be of decent quality given the price. The file was the only USA made file they had left on the shelf.
