Just got home from a 5 day road trip
I went up to Wyoming to meet Bryan and pick up the Alemite bench
It is everything he said it was and I couldn't be happier

Thank you Bryan

Dan
I'm hoping to get another gas station in the near future!
I will make it a Gilmore station and this Alemite work station is set for that gas station

So red and gold is the planned color scheme, but I have a couple projects ahead of this one So don't hold your breath on this conversion

Fantastic! Please post a progress thread on the whole thing.

Whaddaya mean, "...get a new gas station"? Do you mean literally? You'll BUY an actual gas station and make it look like a Gilmore station? Did I miss something? Pulling my leg?

I'm sorry Dan
I understand your confusion
a while back I bought an old gas station structure
It originally was a Hancock station located in Barstow Ca
I restored it to become a Texaco station
These stations were considered prefab units
Here are a couple shots of what I am referring to
I hope to score another one to restore and assemble in my party garage
