Picked Up This Cabinet...Don't Know What It's For

It's all metal. Piano hinges. Has power and some kind of light on the inside.
28x28x12
a keyed lock...

and mirrored interior door panels...

Any ideas what this would be used for?

That looks like an older version of one of those cabinets they put things in to sterilize them...

The mirror stuff was probably added after. I'll bet not from the manufacturer. Other than that it looks like a lockable hospital or scientific storage cabinet.
