Mostly complete........custom blinds on order to cover water heater and install new sink faucet and that's it!

Two Saturdays of work so far...mostly framing the new ceiling and relocating the water heater plumbing.

Any suggestion about cabinetry would be appreciated.

Sheetrock, Texture, basecoat, ceiling paint and lights done today

Tomorrow-

Wallpaint and red stripe moulding

Racedeck install next weekend

Are you going to build a closet around the water heater? I am just trying to decide whether I should do so in my project underway. I have a water heater just like you as well as a sprinkler pump and some other non automotive junk down one wall..

No closet...I'm going to hang decorative wood colored screens to cover it on 2 sides.

Screens to allow plenty of ventilation.
