Pics wont post

I've tried loading single pics, and multiple pics off my android phone using the "attach files" button. Also tried the icon of the mountain with sun... nothing is working. I can load pics in other forums without problems. Is there a size limit? Something else I need to do?

If the pic is to big you'll get an error or if it loads to slow the picture will be blank. It works on my android.
