piked up a draw tite for 20$

i walked into a pawn shop and saw it sitting there with no price. and the factory bumper for my truck has long since rusted to the point no welding w/o cutting and fitting will work. (offroad the hell with that thing anyways)
the measurements for my truck are 41" from outside to outside of the frame the draw tite is 39"

anybody a idea on how i can fix this? im already at the point where im willing to cut and add in a 2" section and weld it to the frame of the truck. but wanna hear some idea's on other ways to fit it or fab up something to mount to the frame then mount the receiver. dumb camera just killed the batteries but here's a pic of it i found on google

the vehicle is my 89 toyota 4x4 OR,DD,T&M truck with 33x12.5x15 mt's somebody has to at least have an idea other then the cutting and adding idea to mount it to the rear of my truck. i doubt i'd find somebody around here to trade for a larger one

i know that it's been done and the libility of welding them puts the welder/user at risk of being sued but what are the chances of it failing after being welded by a uber welder? im like the welding instructor at school

the hell with it found it fit perfect up front just gotta cut out about a 5" section for clearance of my 33's and then i've got a perfect place to winch from
