I have been on here a couple of weeks lurking - I have already learned a lot.
I currently am preparing to build a 24' x 30' garage/workshop. I just traced my gas lines and am about to remove a tree (it was in trouble anyway) to get started. I am in north Alabama, but grew up in Tennessee (GO VOLS!).
I have three classic Mustangs - I will probably have two in the garge at any given time, and I am considering adding a 2 or 4 post lift to the garage space for work on the cars and possibly some storage.
I also have a table saw, radial arm saw, band saw, workbench, rolling tool chest, 25 gal air compressor, drill press, and other miscellaneous items to put there. My first wish list item is a blast cabinet.
I will also put a toilet and a utility sink somewhere - so you can tell I have a lot of decisions to make and a lot of planning to do - I look forward to interacting on the forum.
My wife is looking forward to me getting my own workspace so she can use the garage attached to the house.
