Anybody see this last night? It's the show where 2 guys race for pink slips. Looks like it needs to be refined a little bit... seems like the hosts didn't have things under control or something. Too confusing too.

Yes indeed
Too much complaining whining ect.
They are at a drag strip and are starting the cars with an arm drop?
Handicaping the second car by car lengths? Do they hope the guy that leaves second does not leave too soon?
All these things can be done with the lights. Delayed starts, Red lighting, ect.
Cut the **** run what ya brung.

Its supposed to mimic "street racing" from the 50's & 60's, hence the reason for not using the light. The guys on the show are 2 street racers from Chicago. From I hear the host was a total tool, and had no idea what is really involved in such a situation. Oh and the guy that lost didn't actually lose his car. He drove it away as soon as the cameras were off.

The show was so horrible. I do not need to elaborate. The host did not know how to speak... which is a big part of being a TV show host... He had to be THE worst host on a reality TV show and there are some pretty bad hosts on TV. Concept is ok but nothing I would tune into again.

Got sucked in

I made the mistake of watching the second show tonight...worse than the first show. This time, they raced bikes. A big *** HD V-Rod against some POS jap bike. You guessed it... the jap bike won. What a joke.

As a side note, this episode showed the two racers signing some sort of "paperwork". I guess they needed to make it look more legit.

I have watched the first 2 episodes. I keep waiting for it to get better. It does not look like it is going to. Also, that host needs to go. No personality.

I saw it

Looks phony or amaturish to me. Who would race a Harley against a Suzzuki. Listening to the details neither bike was tuned right. No starting light, no stop photo finish. Phony, phony. .... 15 minutes to let the clutch cool down? Maybe it would add realism if the loosers bike or car would be put to the torch by the winner at the end of the race, then they could show the crying wife and six little kids with no shoes or shirts............ Yeah! A V-Rod against the 1100. Who could believe that? The guy must have let off the Suzzuki. Maybe a Mini-Bike would have done better. LOL. Kidding.
