Hello All,
I have 2 18K Pioneer MS units about 5 yo in my building and one of the indoor units is making an low groaning sound in cool or heat mode (unit has inverter).
It has been making the low noise all last year when I was using it, I tried using it a few times over the winter in heat mode to see if it still makes the sound and it does.
Unit works fine.
Its probably the fan motor that's about a $100 including shipping.
Anyone have similar experience, wonder how long before it seizes up.
I don't want to get stuck over the summer with a repair and the Texas heat.
