I bought an MGA parts car years ago. They are well known for frame rot in certain areas. The previous owner troweled in some concrete to "strengthen" the frame. I asked if he used rebar. He said "yes" and looked at me like I was an idiot!

Pipe is for poop. A roll bar should be made of tube. There is a difference.

My advice is to find a local 4x4 forum geared towards tube chassis rigs and ask for a referral to a shop or individual. Lots of them design and fabricate their own chassis, suspension, steering, etc. I'd make you whatever you need with my equipment, but with shipping you'd be silly not to just find a guy local to you.

BTW, .120" wall HREW or DOM would not be considered "heavy wall". Just helping you with terminology so you can shop for what you need more effectively.

You could always get on Pirate4x4 and find someone local. Just be prepared to have thick skin and a sense of humor.
