This triple pipe threading die stock was originally owned by my grandfather. It has 1/2", 3/4" and 1" Briggs Standard pipe chasers. It was made by Greenfield Tap And Die of Greenfield, Mass. The stock is labelled "Trio" and the chasers are labelled "Little Giant". It is 40" long

Cool ! That must be the start of the 3 way die heads . Rigid had 3/8 , 1/2 , and 3/4 and later ones were 1/2, 3/4, and 1. Really neat looking.

I did a little checking on Google. It looks like the Briggs Standard was superseded by a national standard based on the Briggs standard around 1920. Assuming that the old tools would continue to be used until exhausted as the national standard was based on the Briggs standard the set I have should probably be no newer than 1930.
