Pipe? Tubing? Exhaust/Tailpipe Cutter?

Hello, I am trying to find some info on this tool. It is unmarked, and appears to be very well made. The knurled handle has internal threads, and advances or backs away from the body. There are 4 cutting wheels, and one side of the body opens to allow the cutters to be slipped over a pipe , or, tube. Thanks, Lou

It's certainly for cutting tube or pipe, but beyond that I can't help. I suspect it was shop made rather than bought.
