Anyone annoyed with how a lot of bargain brands skip sizes on sockets sets? As far as 1/4" deep 6 point sockets go, Pittsburgh Pro has metric 5mm-14mm sets with no skips, and no skips on the 1/4" deep 6 point standards also (1/8" - 9/16").
I'm just a weekend warrior wrencher here and I've used them for over a year on all of my stuff around the house and on routine maintenance stuff on both of my vehicles. No problems whatsoever. The finish is nice and they are inexpensive. Only more time will tell, but so far I like them. All of my heavier 1/2" stuff is USA SK, Craftsman, Proto, Wright, and Blackhawk, but I think I'll stick with these Pittsburghs for my deep 1/4". Just my 2 cents.
