Plain Snap On Torqometer TQ 150--No light

I've never once used a torque tool. I have about a 70 year old Snap On torqometer TQ 150 that I inherited from old guy from across the street where I grew up. I sure can't figure out how to use it by looking at it. But I need it for a car job. Does anyone have operating instructions for this particular unit. Note again, it does NOT have a light that I think some TQ 150 units have.

On those you just read the scale as you tighten until it gets to the required value, sometimes its easier to have someone else read the scale as you pull on it if requires a higher torque

(the lamp type just illuminated the bulb when you get to the required torque iirc)

You can use it as Ratchet mentioned, or set it to the desired torque and pull the handle till it gets to zero.
