i showed 2 pictures of the rails for the garage doors because i am not sure i have enough room to put in 2 lift master 3800 series door opener's, do i have enough space there to put in torsion bars, what do you guys think?

Personally, I think there is enough room for an opener. Their site might tell you the height needed to install the opener. JMO

the guy from PDQdoor came by today, they install liftmaster etc.... he said they do make low ceiling hight rails but i only have 8 foot ceilings , and the door opener he said would hang down 11 inches. i Like the Liftmaster 3800 unit because you can install it on your wall instead of on the ceiling, i have been told they are very reliable also. I am going to try to install them my self.

well its with in my budget, i feel very fortunate to have the garage that i have, its a 24x30 . perfect size for me. I think most of us allways wish we had done something different at one point or another.
