Planning input appretiated.

I have been searching for plans to suite my needs, but I can't find anything
even close. I don't know if what I am trying to do is even practical, hopefully someone has some input.

My shop size is 34 deep by 32 wide and I have a bylaw restriction of 25ft height
overall. My hope is to have a second floor over half the shop, leaving the other
have full height for a hoist an over height projects. Is it conceivable to find an
engineered beam that would allow me to have no posts? I've tried the local
manufacturers, but they haven't come up with anything yet. They also want plans
which I have my done my own, but would rather find something professionally done. Has anyone here done anything like that?

Depends on how high of a ceiling you want on the part of the garage that has a second floor, with standard 4:12 pitch trusses spaning your 32' direction the trusses would be 5'4"tall so that would give you about 19' to be able to fit your first and second floor into, Won't make for a bunch of headroom on that part but you would be able to do it, should be easy to do.
