Planning phase in Central IL

Hi guys,
I am in the planning stages of building a garage/shop I can use and be proud of. I currently have a 30x30 stick built garage that is dilapidated. My plan is to raze it and build a 36x54 post frame building. I plan to have the shell built and concrete done by someone else and do everything else my self. I have been lurking and getting ideas. I have a few questions I will post later.

Welcome. I grew up in central IL. Lived in Marquette Heights, went to high school in Pekin, hung out in Peoria. Friends all over the place. Next September hit up the Marquette Heights community garage sales. I'll give you the address of a house that always sells lots of tools, etc.
