Came across a deal a few years ago for this property south of Austin and I'm finally getting to a point where I can invest in some real improvements. Building was designed by previous owner to house motorhomes and as a weekend getaway. It was finished but never trimmed out inside.
It's 60' x 100', approx 24' clear height on a reinforced smooth concrete slab with some plumbing stubbed up for future living quarters. Sits on 33 acres.
My current thinking is a storage mezzanine inside to add about 1200sf of storage, a concrete apron with awning over the overhead doors. Rainwater harvesting, and of course a septic system. Some rock work for aesthetics, etc.
I've so far used it as storage and auto maintenance for me and my pals. I'm looking forward to getting it set up as a cool place to hang with the guys and get my '31 on the road.
Looking for ideas...
