I’m looking to get my dream shop project off the ground but not sure how to start. I’m wanting to build a 40X60 stucco and tile roof workshop/RV parking garage (HOA friendly). I’ve been searching all over the net for plans to start with but haven’t had much luck. I was hoping to not pay an architect to design a simple rectangle box if I didn’t have to. In a past life I was a CADD tech so I’m willing to do some drafting/editing but would like to have something to start with. Any ideas??

lots of construction companies have stock designs that you can make small changes too. That is if you are not doing it yourself.

depends on your area, but you cant just CAD up a set of drawings, most times the drawings need to have a PE stamp.
