Plans to make flip top bench

Someone asked a few weeks ago about how to mount power tools but not lose any bench top space. I said maybe he could figure out a way to make the table top flip over. Found this today and love it. You could leave one side empty for a nice bench top or mount different tools on each side.

Doesn't look practical. Better to have a big, clear bench and a way to use ONE tool at a time.

I have one with my ridgid oscillating spindle/belt sander on one side and my dewalt planer on the other... And I hate it!
It's a pain to flip, any dust collection has to be taken off and then put back on. Wastes space underneith as you can't store any associated accessories...
In short I'd suggest not going this route.
