Hey guys!
I just wanted to start a quick thread about my current setup and what I plan on doing with the detached garage behind my house. Here are a few pics so you all can get an idea of my current setup:
Currently the garage is a 24x24 with 8' ceilings. I was thinking of revamping it but I decided to go in a different direction. My plan is to demolish it completely and redo the foundation in order to rebuild a 24x 36 building with 10' or maybe 12' walls. I haven't made up my mind yet but I definitely plan on installing a 2 post lift inside the new structure.
I was wondering what your thoughts were about the current foundation? The current slab of concrete inside the garage is perfect with no cracks but the outside foundation blocks are no longer level. Can anyone chime in and give me some advice? Is there any chance to leave any of the concrete or would I just be better off ripping it all out and redoing everything?
