looking to get a plasma cutter for home use, my local shop has this https://www.weldingsuppliesfromioc.com/thermal-dynamics-cutmaster-42-plasma-cutter-1-4200-sl60, i was also considering the everlast brand but be nice to have a local shop any info on the victor.

Hypertherm. Done.

(Thermal Dynamics stuff isn't 'bad', but Hypertherm stuff is usually good to very-good.)

I have that unit, it's an excellent machine. I use the hell out of it and have zero complaints.

That is the one I’m looking at from them, just have to decide between the two now

If that Everlast has the external regulator and the other unit has it all internal I would spend the extra money and go with the one that has an internal regulator. I hate having that thing having off the box of my chinese cut 50. In fact I was going to pop the cover off again and figure out if there is not some way I can mount that inside somehow.
