plastic bearing substitute

I am working on a Husqvarna ST 224 snow blower with worn axle bearings. They are a 1" Plastic axle bearing with the hex outside. Is there a bronze alternative out there? If such a thing exists I am sure someone here has figured it out. The Husqvarna number is 587978901. MTD still makes bronze bearing with the HEX outside but there is no way to find what specific Part number that may work for you unless you have the part in your hand so you can measure it. I have Googled different ways with no luck. Thanks in advance.

make some out of white oak or hard maple.

Are the hexes a standard nominal size? Bronze is easy to drill a hole through, even without a machine shop.

Buy a piece of hex stock, bore it out, press fit an oilite type bearing.

Good ideas but I need to have a flange and I don't have machine shop access. Given enough time and money it is all doable. I don't want to have an involved fabrication. I was hoping there is an off the shelf product from another Snow blower mfg. That is the only place I have ever seen a bronze type bearing with a hex outer. You cannot get any dimensions from them. Well, Mayby one. I need them all. This is the GJ with a diverse group of people with lots of diverse industry experience. Maybe someone knows if such a thing exists ???? ...or it may be a unicorn.

In addition, you could measure your existing bearing and Google MTD hex bearing with that information. I put in 5/8”id as an example and got this
